Role Overview We are inviting Expressions of Interest from talented and driven Project Schedulers at all levels to join our dynamic team delivering high-performance data centre projects across Australia. Whether you're just starting out or bring years of experience, we want to hear from you. As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely delivery of complex, mission-critical infrastructure. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align timelines, identify risks, and drive performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project Integrate design, procurement, and construction activities into a unified master schedule Track progress and update schedules based on actual performance and forecasts Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of deliverables Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and critical path analyses Support project controls functions including cost-schedule integration and earned value analysis Qualifications & Experience We are hiring across all levels, so requirements vary by seniority: Level Experience Required Preferred Skills & Tools Junior 1–3 years in scheduling or MS Project, Excel, basic P6 project support in exposure Date Centre Mid-Level 3–7 years in construction/ Primavera P6, stakeholder infrastructure (Data Centre) coordination Senior 7 years in large-scale Advanced P6, risk analysis, infrastructure (Data Centre) leadership General Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Strong analytical and communication skills Experience in data centres, infrastructure, or commercial construction (highly desirable) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments What We Offer Opportunity to work on cutting-edge data centre projects Career development and training pathways Flexible work arrangements and supportive team culture Competitive remuneration and benefits package How to Apply Submit your Expression of Interest via LinkedIn or email your CV and cover letter to employment@edsico.com.au.
