APS4/5 Procurement Logistics Officer 12 Month Contract Hybrid/Remote Our client is seeking an experienced Logistics Officer for a 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities Managing financial administration, including supplier onboarding, verifying bank details, and processing participant travel allowances and attendance fees. Preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices, and payments in line with government financial systems and procurement rules. Coordinating logistics for workshops and engagement activities, including travel, accommodation, catering, venue hire, and operational support. Maintaining accurate participant lists, cost estimates, schedules, and detailed records of financial and logistical arrangements. Supporting reporting, monitoring, and evaluation processes, including event tracking systems, post-event reviews, and lessons learned reporting. Key Capabilities Experience and Ability to liaise respectfully and effectively with First Nations stakeholders and suppliers. Demonstrated experience in procurement, logistics coordination, event delivery, or financial processing in a government or project-based environment. Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes under pressure.
