Ideally, you will bring hands-on experience as an Automotive Spray Painter and a solid understanding of the Panel Beating and Smash Repair industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth through client visits, sales calls, and relationship building with both new and existing customers. In addition, you will manage high-volume orders, oversee pick/pack operations, and coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods to ensure seamless service delivery. This diverse role also provides vital sales and operational support for the WA region, offering an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Provide professional customer service by addressing client enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Receive and process high volume orders via phone and email Pick/Pack, check orders for quality control and arrange dispatch Visit and engage with customers and industry members to strengthen relationships Attend industry events, trade shows and expo's, as required Continually conduct activities to stimulate and generate revenue opportunities Review, monitor and report on competitor industry activities and trends. Meet agreed Company targets and KPI's set by the Board in relation to this role. Skills and Experience: 5 years Commercial experience in the Automotive Trade, Supplier or Automotive Solutions sector. High level people skills with the ability to influence and connect with diverse stakeholders. High level computer skills, with the ability to use current documents, upload reports and manage the storage portal as required. Flexible attitude and a willingness to do whatever is required to ensure customer satisfaction. Advanced organizational skills to manage and meet deadlines effectively. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Proven Sales success, with the ability to identify revenue or member opportunities for the group. Well-presented, relationship-driven, and outgoing personality.
