About the role In your role as Director, Trade & Supply Chain Sales your key responsibility will be to drive revenue growth though developing sales strategy across the Oceania business. You will lead the Trade Sales team to achieve these sales strategy, through identifying opportunities, structuring solutions and deal execution. You will partner with stakeholders both internally and externally, and managing trade product risk management. What you’ll be doing In your role as Director, your key role will be to: Develop marketing strategy, identifying target client base across Australia & New Zealand, including revenue potential, competition and risk parameters Work with the local Relationship Managers in each of these markets to further identify and validate the right client base, and jointly develop and implement a joint calling program Create relevant marketing materials including proposals and presentations that define and articulate the client value proposition Engage with Transaction Banking Office for Asia in Singapore to ascertain ways in which you can leverage the Bank's footprint to meet target client\'s local, global and regional trade finance capabilities Partner with relationship managers to identify existing borrowing clients that have the potential for cross sell of TB products What we are looking for 8 years’ proven experience in Trade & Supply Chain Finance within an Australian / New Zealand domestic Bank or large International Bank Undergraduate Business / Commerce / Law Degree from a leading university is essential Demonstrable experience in Trade and Supply Chain Finance a must Extensive market and industry knowledge Strong business acumen and ability to develop new revenue / cross selling opportunities Good communication skills with the ability to influence others Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments Previous experience in a leadership role providing guidance and mentorship to a developing team Our culture MUFG fosters a highly professional, supportive work environment that enables our employees to help maximize our customers' prosperity.
