Network Navigation Manager Location – Parramatta Employment Type – Temporary, Full Time up to 30 June 2026. Part time candidates may be considered. Salary - $149,739 - $173,174 pa plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. Your role As the Network Navigation Manager, you will manage and lead staff by planning and coordinating complex projects within agreed timelines and budgets, and by building and maintaining stakeholder relationships to achieve the KEYS Networks strategic objectives. What you’ll do The position is responsible for supporting the ongoing development, implementation and delivery of the KEYS Network Navigation service which is a multi-agency care coordination model, working directly with the funded service system, to identify, integrate and manage access to evidence based service provision for vulnerable families, whilst building capacity of the funded service system. You will achieve this by: • Managing resources, budgets, assets, and projects to achieve team goals while ensuring staff have the required levels of skills and performance. • Providing operational direction and leadership to a multi-agency team, to maintain an outcome-oriented culture of teamwork and effectively manage the business unit in a manner consistent with the strategic direction of the Network. • Guiding the development of the cross agency data sharing application, that is a digital enabler for the Network. • Ensuring Directors and Executive Directors and the Project Board are provided with evidence-based and expert advice ensuring matters that impact current business and future decision-making are fully considered. • Seeking out and actively manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure effective interface between program development, planning, service design and policy implementation. • Aligning and implementing cost-effective resources to deliver priorities through team management, work planning, coaching and professional development initiatives. What we’re looking for • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development. • Experience managing a multiagency team • Independence to set own and team priorities by allocating resources, and determining the conceptual framework towards projects and development of strategic plans. • High level of responsibility to determine appropriate team actions undertaken, within government and legislative policies. • Sensitivity while working under pressure with complex matters utilising your judgement under pressure or in the absence of complete information.
