About The Role We are looking for a people-focused Learning and Development Specialist to deliver engaging training experiences across onboarding, guest service and career development. This role plays a key part in building confidence and capability across our restaurants, supporting programs such as Ignite, Ember and Flame. Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will work closely with Franchise Partners, Restaurant Leaders and internal stakeholders to bring learning programs to life and support continuous improvement.
