With a growing market share, they are seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Manager to join their team, focusing on servicing top-tier Interior Design clients. Key responsibilities Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and maximise opportunities Identifying and securing new client accounts through proactive prospecting and networking Understanding client needs and providing tailored flooring solutions to meet their requirements Collaborating with the design team to develop custom flooring designs Preparing and presenting proposals, tenders and product samples to clients Providing excellent customer service and technical support throughout project lifecycles Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and new product developments Skills and experience Proven track record specifying within the Interior Design sector. Ideally within textiles, interior finishes or flooring Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand design client needs and translate them into profitable sales opportunities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients at all levels A creative flair and eye for design, with the ability to provide innovative flooring solutions Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously A passion for building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
