The purpose of the Quality Assurance Coordinator is to support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System by ensuring quality standards, customer specifications, and internal requirements are always adhered to. The QA Coordinator assists the QA Manager in safeguarding the integrity, safety, and overall excellence of Company products. About the Role: This includes and is not limited to: Assist in the implantation of quality assurance plans, including inspections, testing methodologies and quality documentation. Work collaboratively with various departments/functions to ensure quality requirements are adhered to. Carry out all required quality control inspections, testing, and requirements to ensure the Quality Management System is effective. Undertake root cause analysis (RCA) on non-conformances identified and report issues to the Quality Assurance Manager as required. Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in preparing for and undertaking internal and external audits. Data entry and trend analysis for quantitative and qualitative metrics Ensure production/processing lines are running compliant to quality requirements. Ensure all machinery calibrations are completed as required. Assist the QA Manager in meeting sampling requirements. Spend time on each line to understand the flow and help when required. Help with assessments on the external and inline. To be successful you will have: · Experience in FMCG environment. · Experience in Quality Assurance. · Knowledge of HACCP and GMP requirements. · Experience in allergen management. · Working knowledge of food-associated pathogens. · MS Office skills. · Good communication skills. · Attention to detail. · Good time management. · Ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders.
