This role ensures that pricing strategies are executed consistently and accurately across internal and external systems. Additionally, the management and creation of ERP Master Data for inventory and pricing related fields. The manager will show daily initiative within the role, be competent in allocated tasks and act as a key point of contact between customers, sales, operations and customer service to ensure pricing accuracy, inventory alignment and customer/internal satisfaction. Pricing Management Accountable to entire pricing process end to end Maintain and manage all customer and product pricing across systems (ERP, customer portals, and eCommerce avenues) Ensure buyer forecasting templates are accurately collated, distributed and updated at every requirement Ensure sales pricing matrix’s/templates are accurately collated, distributed and updated at every requirement Ensure customer pricing is accurately transferred and updated across platforms/portals (ERP, eCommerce, Customer Portal) Collaborate directly with customers on pricing enquiries to ensuring a good customer experience Support forecast reviews, pricing reviews, tenders and special pricing requests in collaboration with internal stakeholders Implement pricing changes accurately and within agreed timelines Catalogue Mapping Accountable to the accurate mapping of catalogues and inventory end to end Understand the inventory/item code specifications and the product’s application Own system inventory accuracy for customer-facing platforms and internal inventory mapping requirements Collaborate with sales, buying and warehouse teams to resolve inventory/item code mismatches Take lead with item code creation ensuring descriptions and product unit of measure are in line internal requirements Data & Systems Oversight Manage master data for Inventory and Pricing Ensure smooth operation and alignment across ERP, Power BI & eCommerce tools Drive process improvements and automation for pricing/inventory updates Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Customer Service and Sales to manage pricing queries Work closely with IT and Business Intelligence team on integration projects (e.g. eCommerce Platforms, Customer Portals) Collaborating with the operations on item code queries and requests for remapping changes Provide insights to leadership on pricing behaviour, cost pressures, and margin opportunities Essential Criteria 3–5 years in pricing, inventory, or operations in a fast-paced, product-based environment Set a high standard of ownership, responsiveness, and professionalism. Build strong stakeholder relationships to align priorities and remove roadblocks. Mentor and develop pricing analysts as required. Champion data integrity and process ownership within the team. Demonstrate accountability, proactive communication, and customer-centric thinking.
