Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with SDSI support teams to design and deliver best practice solutions for Public Safety. Gain expertise in SDSI and Central Square products to provide informed, effective support. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, offering technical solutions that make a difference. Support Project Managers with technical projects, system upgrades, and implementations. Install and configure products in customer environments, ensuring seamless integration. Travel may be required (domestic and international) to support our clients and projects. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in IT. Skills in .NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript , Angular and Flutter . Experience or strong interest in mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure DevOps , and networking fundamentals (TCPIP/DNS). A natural problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills who can simplify technical concepts.
