We’re looking for a skilled Finance Officer – Accounts Receivable to keep our financial operations running smoothly while making a genuine difference in people’s lives. What you’ll do Take charge of our receivables — process invoicing, reconcile accounts, and keep payment histories accurate and up to date. Lead debt management and credit control — follow up overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and escalate complex cases when needed. Ensure compliance with NDIS pricing arrangements, funding guidelines, and relevant legislation. Deliver financial insights — prepare aged debtor reports, contribute to monthly financial reporting, and assist with audits. Provide exceptional customer service to NDIS participants, families, and funding bodies while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships. What you’ll bring Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience. Experience within a NDIS environment. At least 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or similar. Solid understanding of accounting principles and software (MS Dynamics a plus). Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis. Proven debt recovery and credit management skills. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills. Why Orana?
