We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer and Assessor to deliver following programs: CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating. AND / OR CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling . AND/OR CPC31020 Certificate III in Solid Plastering, AND/OR If you have the right blend of vocational expertise and teaching excellence, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and hands-on training to domestic and international students in above programs(s). Assess student competencies in line with the Standards for RTOs 2015 and industry requirements. Develop and update training resources to ensure relevance and compliance. Provide mentorship and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals. Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes. Essential Qualifications and Experience: CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating, OR CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling, OR CPC31020 Certificate III in Solid Plastering (or higher) or equivalent qualification. Current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent). Significant vocational experience in carpentry, ideally with recent industry exposure. Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring. Desirable Attributes: Previous experience in delivering and assessing CPC30620 or CPC31320 or CPC31020 or similar qualifications. Strong connections with the construction industry.
