About our position The Client Advisor, Strategic Products uses developed skills and experience to work with a portfolio of clients, carrying out pro-active outreach, managing issues and updating clients on new features and best practices across one or more of the ASI product suite. In addition, the client advisor may also be involved in the delivery of product solutions to clients by ensuring a successful implementation and ongoing experience while continuing to develop proficiency with (one or more) ASI Products and remain updated on best practices regarding implementation, support, and training. What you’ll be doing Expected to follow Proactive Outreach cadences as defined by the Manager as a critical part of being successful, with a focus on their satisfaction with both the TopClass product and services they are receiving. Flag any clients who are at risk for additional management. Maintain detailed product knowledge in line with each release to ensure ability to delivery training and advice as required Delivery consulting and additional support for clients including the delivery of Q&A sessions for clients during implementation. Manages client onboarding and post launch for mobile app. Solves client problems and tracks the company’s performance. Meets with clients on updates, new feature launches and best practices. May travel onsite to meet with clients to assist with app launch at an event. Responsible for upselling, renewing and drafting contracts. Performing other job-related duties as may be assigned from time to time What we want you to have Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or related experience At least 2 years of experience, preferably with a high-growth, technology firm. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic technical knowledge of native3 mobile, API’s, databases – how they work, not design them. Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients at one time at varying stages of their life cycle. Comfortable speaking with clients or employees at all levels of an organization. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a project team Demonstrated ability to provide excellent work product and customer service so that clients are “promoters” of TopClass with a positive impact on the Client Success Net Promoter Score (NPS).
