IT Specialist Part time Caringbah We are a national business in the construction and services sector seeking a skilled Level 2 IT Specialist to join our team and provide hands-on support across day-to-day IT operations. Reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll be the key contact for escalated complexed support issues, assisting both office-based and field teams. This is a part time role, on site position. Duties: Providing advanced support across Windows, macOS and iOS platforms Troubleshooting and resolving escalated hardware, software, and network issues Escalating unresolved issues to third-party vendors or senior technical teams Maintaining IT documentation, knowledge base, and support procedures Assisting with IT asset management, procurement, and license tracking Supporting mobile device management (MDM) systems and security protocols Participating in software deployments, updates, and system integrations What we require: Previous experience in Level 1–2 IT support roles Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with IELTS Exposure to cybersecurity best practices Confident communication and a proactive, customer-focused approach Ability to juggle competing priorities and provide responsive service in a fast-paced environment Interested in this role?
