Our team employs a multi-sensory learning, neuro-affirming approach that recognises the significance of engaging clients through interest-based learning. • Design and implement client therapy plans. • Support NDIS clients in their homes, schools and community based settings. • Provide leadership and delegation care to Allied Health Assistants. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and achieve client goals. : • Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or equivalent. • Current Australian Driver’s Licence. • Registration with AHPRA and insurance. • NDIS Worker Check and/or DCSI/DHS clearances as appropriate. • Completed or willing to complete the NDIS Worker modules ‘Quality, Safety and You’ and ‘Supporting Effective Communication’. : • Excellent attitude towards improving clinical skills and an open mind to continual improvement. • Committed to providing outstanding care to clients with a passion for the field. • Demonstrate honesty, integrity and outstanding communication skills. • Willing to work cooperatively within a team. • Utilise a strong neuro-affirming approach. • Enjoys flexibility in practice and is interested in working long-term to grow with us. : If this sounds like you, include a cover letter detailing why you’d be a great fit and what you’re looking for in this role.
