We are looking for a Director of Inclusion to take on a new role in our growing Inclusion department. This is a full-time position commencing in Term 3 or as negotiated with successful candidate. About Your Approach Lead a team of inclusion coordinators and learning support aides to assist students with additional needs across Primary, Secondary, Early Years and Distance Education Foster a Christ-centred learning environment that encourages spiritual and academic growth Collaborate with a passionate team of educators and leaders Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues Participate in extracurricular programs, pastoral care, and community events Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement Support students with inclusion needs at our college and produce the necessary documentation About You Active Christian faith and commitment to a church community Registered (or eligible) with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) Bachelor’s degree in Primary or Secondary teaching, or equivalent Qualifications in Inclusion or EALD are highly desirable First Aid/CPR Certification required, or willing to obtain. Passionate about student wellbeing, engagement, and learning outcomes Experience in leadership and inclusion support is essential Work both autonomously and collaboratively as a team.
