About the Role This role ensures that ermha365 staff have access to the necessary assets and facilities to perform their work efficiently and safely, with a focus on maintaining fully functional properties. Additionally, the role supports the people we serve by ensuring they have access to housing that is well-maintained and suited to their individual needs. This role is based at our Geelong office, with working hours of five hours per day, Monday to Friday. The role entails: Collaborating with teams to identify leasing needs and coordinate property sourcing, inspections, and applications. Managing lease processes, including assessments, signing, and maintenance of leasing records. Coordinating property maintenance and repairs for all client properties, including SDA and head leased homes. Handling general facilities, asset management, site audits, and related support tasks. Providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with improvement projects. It is a requirement of this position to meet all compliance requirements concerning NDIS Work Screening, Working With Children's Check, work rights and possess a current & valid driver’s licence.
