Job Description We are seeking an experienced Front of House person who will be the first point of contact for all our customers at our brand new store at Bondi Junction! Responsible for superior levels of customer service whilst handling a high volume of customers you will ensure each person visiting the store feels welcome and valued. Please note that the shifts for this role will be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday each week, with the potential to assist on other days if needed. Responsibilities: Welcome and engage customers, creating an exceptional first impression. Understand client needs and present curated travel experiences. Manage enquiries, bookings, and store appointments. Maintain the store environment in line with brand standards. Support sales through hospitality, admin, and follow up. Handle transactions and resolve queries with professionalism.
