About the Role As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will: Drive the strategic and operational leadership of GMHBA’s retail health and eye care operations across Geelong and regional areas. Partner with the Director of Clinical Care to deliver integrated business outcomes, ensuring high-quality patient care, commercial success, and regulatory compliance. Lead and empower multi-site teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Shape the future of regional health by delivering exceptional customer experience, supporting clinical excellence, and helping achieve GMHBA’s ambitious growth strategy. Manage complex operational systems, oversee performance metrics, and optimise end-to-end service delivery to meet evolving community needs. Skills And Experiences What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is: A seasoned operational leader with multi-site, multi-disciplinary healthcare experience Commercially astute, with a strong grasp of P&L accountability and performance delivery A collaborative and authentic leader who can inspire teams, manage change, and drive results Passionate about community health, and experienced in delivering excellence in both clinical and customer service environments Strategic in thought, meticulous in execution – with the ability to align local operations with broader business objectives Required Qualifications & Experience Tertiary or post-graduate qualifications in Health Operations, Business, or Leadership Proven success in senior roles overseeing clinical or health-related service operations Strong experience in strategy development, service delivery, and people leadership Ability to lead through complexity in a multi-brand, regional environment Expertise in regulatory compliance, governance, and continuous improvement Desirable: MBA or advanced post-grad qualifications Experience across services like Optical, Dental, Primary Care, or Aged Care Why Join GMHBA?
