Your Impact As the State Business Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving profit and revenue targets within the ALM & IBA Independents customer group across the Central West (WA, SA & NT). You’ll do this by deeply understanding the customer’s value chain and identifying opportunities to jointly create value. Key Accountabilities Lead account planning, ensuring alignment on portfolio, pricing, merchandising, and promotional strategy. Execute business plans effectively, engaging sales teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes and drive compliance in-store. Manage financial performance, including budget delivery, profitability, trade spend, and mix optimization. Build and sustain strong customer relationships across all levels, identifying opportunities for joint value creation. Manage prioritisation and communication of got to market plans with the Asahi Retail Field team through monthly briefing rhythms About you Strong commercial and financial acumen. Proven experience in account and customer management within FMCG or a related industry. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels. Skilled in delivering results within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
