About the role We're looking for passionate, positive-minded swim instructors to join our UniActive aquatics team. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or newly qualified and looking to complete your placement, we welcome your application. In this casual role, you’ll help participants build their swimming skills, boost their confidence, and feel safe and supported in the water. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, safe, and supportive swim instruction using our lesson plans Cultivate a fun learning environment that reinforces safety and progress Interact professionally with children, parents, and caregivers Support your team and refer program enquiries to your supervisor Why Join Us? What We’re Looking For Certifications (or in progress, if applying for placement): Current Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (or equivalent) Current CPR & First Aid Certificates Current Paid Working with Children Check.
