Auto Electrician Industry: Automotive Electrical / Mining Equipment Position Type: Full-Time Location: Workshop-based / Perth (WA) About the Role: We are seeking a qualified Auto Electrician to join, an expanding Perth-based company. This essential role will focus on wiring harness manufacturing and design for Mining and Earthmoving equipment. Your primary responsibility will involve electrical work on brand new machines and wiring harness manufacturingspanning Mining and Earthmoving equipment systems. You will collaborate closely with OEM workshop teams, including technical specialists and equipment manufacturers, to ensure quality electrical installations and repairs. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop specialised skills in mining equipment electrical systems while working in a stable workshop environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical work on brand new Mining and Earthmoving equipment (80% of workload) Design and manufacture wiring harnesses for specialised equipment Conduct electrical installations and repairs in OEM workshop environments Document work processes and maintain quality standards Engage with workshop teams and equipment manufacturers Collaborate with technical teams across Welshpool, Midland, and Guildford locations Deliver projects within flexible 8-12 hour shift arrangements Support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to company growth and maintain high service standards Why Join This Organisation?
