We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 35 countries globally. Brisbane Head Office manages all aspects of the business's vertical integration. Your Role: As our Office Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things facilities, maintenance and office operations. From ensuring the building is well maintained, organising staff events, meeting and greeting guests, answering phones, coordinating restaurant event enquiries, to setting up meeting rooms with coffee and other requirements – no two days will be the same! You’ll also manage ordering for the office and act as the contact for our contract cleaners. What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee general office and facilities management, including minor repairs and maintenance requests. Coordinate and organise staff events and meetings, including room setup and catering. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Answer phones and respond to restaurant event enquiries. Manage office ordering and supplies to keep the workplace running efficiently. Liaise with contract cleaners to ensure the office remains tidy and presentable. Provide variety in daily tasks and support a high-performing office team. Supervise one direct report, fostering a collaborative and organised work environment. Who We’re Looking For: Highly organised with excellent communication skills. Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied environment. Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
