What You’ll Be Doing: Accounts Receivable & Collections – Accounts receivable, proactively follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve disputes or complex cases. Manage the full end-to-end accounts receivable cycle, payment tracking, and account reconciliation. Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and proactively follow up on outstanding balances. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing, payments, and customer accounts. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial transactions and credit management. Liaise with internal departments (sales, customer service, etc.) to resolve client queries and improve billing processes. Process and allocate incoming payments accurately and promptly - EFT, BPAY, Direct Debit and Credit Card What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in a senior credit, finance, or accounts receivable role A strong understanding of credit evaluation, risk mitigation, and collections Exceptional communication and negotiation skills A hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership of complex challenges A minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounts receivable role. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills.
