Marsden Park Brewhouse is a lively venue known for great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Cook to join our kitchen team and deliver high-quality meals to our guests. What you’ll be doing: Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to a consistent standard. Assisting with menu development, specials, and food presentation. Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen in line with food safety and hygiene standards. Managing food preparation and storage to minimise waste. Working with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth service during peak periods. Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering when required. Following WHS standards to maintain a safe working environment. What we’re looking for: Previous experience working in a busy kitchen (pub, restaurant, or similar). Strong cooking skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Knowledge of safe food handling and hygiene practices.
