What’s the role? As a key contributor to strategic initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business and technology outcomes. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to work across diverse teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs that support executive decision-making and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Support the framing of strategic options, sequencing and prioritisation, and the development of materials for Executive endorsement. Contribute to the integration of process, people, data and technology, producing clear, evidence-based designs and business cases. Assist in building and maintaining the business and technology delivery roadmap, identifying and escalating critical-path issues early. Develop high-quality financial and scenario models; interpret complex data to test assumptions and inform investment recommendations. Track divisional prerequisites—including workforce shape, property footprint, data quality and controls—and escalate gaps to enable smooth migration. Prepare and translate design choices for Discovery and Delivery teams to ensure speed, fidelity and quality of execution. Coach Specialists in structured problem-solving, quantitative analysis and executive storytelling, reinforcing high standards. Partner with design teams across Consumer, Business & Wealth, Operations and Group units (“Downstream”). What do I need? Experience in corporate strategy, large‑scale transformation or strategy consulting. Applies structured logic and strategy frameworks; forms hypotheses, designs fact‑based analyses and synthesises insights. Builds sound financial/scenario models; works with complex datasets to support decisions. Produces clear, concise materials for senior stakeholders. Leads workstreams, coaches junior team members and upholds high standards. Builds collaborative relationships across business, technology and finance.
