Role Overview: As a Health & Wellbeing Advisor at Norco, you'll be at the forefront of promoting health and wellbeing, preventing workplace injuries, and ensuring effective injury management and return-to-work processes for injured workers. This role would suit someone with an exercise physiology or occupational therapy degree looking to into occupational rehabilitation/education. Key Responsibilities: Injury Management : Lead early intervention and workers' compensation processes. Training & Coaching : Empower managers and supervisors in injury reporting and management. Strategic Planning : Drive WHS improvements and compliance with legislation. Research : Wok with external research agencies to develop wellbeing initiatives. Data Analysis : Review and analyse injury reports to inform strategic decisions. Legislation Updates : Stay ahead of changes in workers' compensation and WHS laws. Initiative Development : Plan and implement wellbeing and injury management initiatives. External Coordination : Manage pre-employment medicals, workplace assessments, and more. Accident Investigation : Determine causes and corrective actions for workplace incidents. Qualifications & Experience: Accreditation : NSW Workover Advanced RTW Coordinator (can be obtained after commencing in the role). Education : Degree in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy or Health and Rehabilitation. Experience : Proven track record in developing rehabilitation and education programs. Knowledge : In-depth understanding of health and wellbeing. Skills : Strong investigative and mentoring abilities. Why Norco?
