The Role We are seeking a People Services Officer to provide high-quality HR administrative and process support to the wider HR team and key stakeholders across the Linfox Group. This is a hands-on role that ensures a smooth interface between HR operations and back-of-house payroll processes, while also acting as the first point of contact for HR queries. Working as part of a collaborative People Services team, you will provide timely and accurate support on HR systems, documentation, and compliance processes. This role also supports Linfox’s non-logistics entities including the Private Group, Property Group, Exclusive Piano Group and Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit. Key Responsibilities Respond to HR queries, escalating complex matters to relevant HR specialists Manage HR documentation, including contracts, change of conditions, and compliance records Support payroll and HRIS processes including PageUp, SAP and SuccessFactors Ensure compliance with VEVO checks, pre-employment medical paperwork, and record-keeping requirements Assist with HR projects and process improvements in line with the Achieve Together workplan About You You are detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent HR support. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. You will bring strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
