We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in developing, coordinating, and executing innovative advertising strategies to support our company’s growth and market presence. Position Overview As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing advertising campaigns, identifying market opportunities, and supporting the execution of our broader marketing strategies. You will play a key role in helping Compare Corp identify and respond to current and emerging market demands. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns to support company sales objectives. Advise executives and clients on effective advertising strategies to reach target audiences and promote brand awareness. Coordinate the production of advertising materials, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and content production, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints. Conduct market analysis and interpret consumer trends to guide future campaigns. Research and assess potential market demand for new and existing products and services. Support business development efforts through the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies. Commission and undertake detailed market research to identify growth opportunities. Advise on key marketing mix elements including product offerings, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, sales techniques, and distribution channels. Qualifications & Experience A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. However, extensive relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications . Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful marketing and advertising campaigns. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and trend analysis. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
