Through strong leadership and coaching, you will set the strategic and operational direction for the Quality Use of Medicines, Medical Excellence, and Therapeutic Area teams, driving them to achieve key business outcomes. In this role, collaboration is key—you will partner closely with functions beyond your direct reporting line, including Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, and Clinical Trials. Additionally, you will work in close alignment with the APAC Medical Affairs (MAF) team to inform, shape, and drive regional initiatives and ensure successful outcomes.
