This role is pivotal to expanding Wilson Medic One’s presence in Western Australia. As a Business Development Manager, you will cultivate strategic relationships with a strong focus on patient transport services and healthcare training, positioning Wilson Medic One as the preferred provider for clinics, hospitals, government contracts, and aged care facilities. A key aspect of success in this role involves understanding clinic requirements and working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of government-subsidised patient transport services, and providing a combined health care training offering. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in preparing and submitting tenders and quotations, collaborating with business partners to provide well-informed recommendations on service delivery strategies. About the Role: • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including patient transport services and training programs. • Collaborate with the operations team to develop tailored solutions that align with client needs. • Work closely with senior management to refine strategies to support business growth. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients and key stakeholders. • Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.
