Your challenge As Coordinator Business Services you will: Drive performance uplift - building team capability, culture, and accountability. Deliver service improvements - modernising systems and processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer focus. Lead through complexity - balancing community expectations, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance across four very different business units. Influence and partner - working closely with contractors, volunteers, community groups, and government agencies. What you'll bring Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or related discipline. Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in a complex operational environment. Strong financial, compliance, and risk management experience. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and partner. A track record in leading cultural and performance improvement. NSW Driver's Licence, WWCC, and ability to obtain a National Police Check. Why this role?
