Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards. Manage budgets, reporting systems, and regulatory requirements to meet national and state-based standards. Foster a high-performing, safety-first workplace culture across multiple programs and teams. About You We are looking for a leader with: Proven leadership experience in program, operations, or environmental management (preferably in agriculture or sustainability). A strong track record in stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and negotiation. Demonstrated success in launching, scaling, and improving services or programs. Financial and strategic planning acumen, including budget and resource management. An understanding of environmental regulations, product stewardship frameworks, and compliance obligations. Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science, agriculture, business, or a related field (preferred).
