Application/Implementation knowledge on cloudTechnologies like AWS, GCP and Azure. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, andmaintain end-to-end data pipelinesusingDatabricks/SnowflakeandApache Spark. Build and manage ETLprocesses for transforming and processing large datasets in real-time andbatch modes. Define and govern datamodelling and design standards, tools, and best practices, developing andmaintaining data models and schemas to support analytics and machinelearning applications. Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, andIT, to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Optimize performance andensure scalability of Databricks-based solutions, addressing data quality,processing time, and resource usage. Implement datagovernance best practices, ensuring data integrity, privacy, and securityacross all data assets. Implementationof ETL process/pipeline using cloud technologies Monitor and troubleshootpipeline performance, ensuring reliability and quick resolution of dataissues. Automate data workflowsand implement CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment of data applications. Stay up-to-date withemerging technologies and best practices related to Databricks, Spark, andcloud data solutions. Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor’sorMaster’sdegreein Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a relatedfield. Proven experience as aData Engineer withDatabricksandApache Spark. Strong programmingskills inPython,Scala, orSQL. Hands-on experienceworking with cloud platforms such asAWS,Azure, orGoogleCloud. Solid understandingofdata warehousing,ETL, anddatamodellingprinciples. ExperiencewithDatabricks Delta Lakeand building scalable data pipelines. FamiliaritywithApache Kafka,Airflow, or other workflow automation tools. Knowledge of versioncontrol tools likeGitand experience with continuousintegration and deployment pipelines.
