Lead projects that enhance processes, supplier standards, and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain product specifications, recipes, and nutritional panels. Train and mentor production teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Leads audits, CAPA, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Essential requirements you’ll bring: Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role (hybrid - QC & Technical Lead) and knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRC/SQF, and ISO 22000 standards. Hands-on QC and laboratory experience within food manufacturing. Analytical problem-solver with excellent attention to detail. Experience in recipe/specification management and data-driven quality reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field; HACCP/Quality certifications highly desirable.
