About the role: With the company showing continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join their Northern Territory team to work on various civil projects based in NT. Your primary responsibility will be reviewing, initiating, and managing the project and employees, ensuring successful project delivery. This role is a full-time Permanent opportunity based in Darwin, Northern Territory. Relocation cost is covered for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Leading and managing internal and external contractors Preparing RFI, Notices of Delay, variations and EOT submissions Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings Providing weekly reports to customers and project manager Ensuring compliance with customers and company safety, quality and business processes. Writing and reviewing JSA's and risk assessments Reading, interpreting and communicating plans effectively to stakeholders Notify Project Manager of variations and EOTs /delays Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project Managing cost control, reporting, procurement and contract management About you: To be successful in the role, you will need: Minimum 5 years experience in a site manager Excellent time management and people management skills Strong bulk Earthworks knowledge and proven experience Road construction experience Mining background working with diggers and dozers Ability to relocate (FIFO not offered) A strong focus on safety Construction White Card and Current driver's license Proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications Ability to obtain DCSI and Australian Defence Security Clearance Ability to occasionally travel within Northern Territory to regional construction sites. In return, you will be provided with additional LAFHA (living away from home allowance)
