Description and Requirements 岗位职责 1、负责VMware虚拟化平台的日常维护与故障处理，包括虚拟机系统设置、性能优化及稳定性监控。 2、制定并实施VMware基础架构的技术路线，参与技术选型与架构设计。 3、维护VMware集群（vSphere、vSAN等），负责系统调优、补丁管理及系统升级。 4、开发自动化运维脚本（如Shell、Python），优化部署流程并提升效率。 5、制定灾难恢复计划（DRP），确保数据中心高可用性。 6、协助解决跨部门技术问题，提供技术支持。 岗位要求 1、计算机、通信或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备5年以上VMware运维经验。 2、精通VMware虚拟化技术（vSphere、vSAN等），有从0到1的部署经验。 3、熟悉Linux/Windows系统管理，掌握Shell、Python等脚本语言。 4、具备双活DRP实施经验或理解相关架构。 5、具备大型项目（如IDC机房建设）的规划与实施经验，熟悉敏捷开发流程。 6、良好的沟通与团队协作能力，能跨部门协作。 7、有VMware VCP/ACP/RHCE或其他相关认证者优先。 Additional Locations : China - Tianjin - 天津（Tianjin） China China - Tianjin China - Tianjin - 天津（Tianjin） Go back Apply If you require an accommodation to complete this application, please contact ability@lenovo.com
