Description and Requirements The Diagnose & Repair Technician needs a combination of technical skills and soft skills to perform high-quality repairs, solve problems effectively, and provide excellent customer service. Technical skills enable accurate diagnostics, the replacement of defective components, and the maintenance of updated operating systems, while soft skills such as communication, patience, teamwork, and empathy are essential to ensure a satisfactory customer experience and an efficient, organized repair process. These combined skills ensure that the technician can offer comprehensive service that not only resolves technical issues but also strengthens the relationship with clients. Creativity to execute the appropriate test to assure the best assertiveness in repairs. Creativity to identify the failure of the machines is required, also Innovation to find new ways to identify the machine failure. The Diagnose & Repair must communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service. Technical skills, such as in-depth knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and diagnostic tools, are essential These competencies are key to making accurate and efficient diagnoses, which translates into successful repairs and satisfied customers. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Analyzes the equipment Performs diagnostic tools Identifies defects Request Parts Contacts customers to gather data on defects Assists the leader in daily KPIs activities and backlog control Receives spare parts and equipment Disassembly and Assembly the machine Performs the exchange of defective parts Conducts sampling stress testing Quality Control Assists the leader in daily KPIs activities and backlog control Requirements: Technical Degree in Electronics or System Engineering. Strong knowledge of services operations.
