Industrial Spray Painter - $60.33/hr + Penalties - Welshpool
Immediate Start | Ongoing Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter for a long-term role with our client based in Welshpool.

What You'll Be Doing:

Applying 2-pack polyurethane paint to industrial components.
Operating spray guns, blast pots, and related machinery.
Preparing surfaces - cleaning, sanding, masking, and filling where required.
Following safety procedures and working both independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with industrial spray painting - trade qualification desiable.
A strong understanding of surface preparation techniques and the application of industrial coatings
Current Manual Car Drivers License.
High standard of technical skills relevant to the trade.
Ability to be read and understand engineering drawings.
Team player, able to interface positively with all team members with a strong customer service attitude.
Ability to plan work effectively and efficiently with a minimum of supervision and set priorities for own
personal goals.
Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team with a strong customer service attitude
High level of physical fitness to perform the job requirements.
Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining high attention
