You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, leading proposals, and securing new business while providing executive governance across consulting engagements. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Growth: Build and manage a strong pipeline of digital consulting engagements across strategy, transformation, innovation, data & AI, and emerging technologies. Lead proposals, RFPs, and pitches, crafting tailored value propositions for C-suite executives. Executive Governance & Oversight: Provide executive governance across digital consulting engagements, ensuring alignment, performance tracking, and C-suite relationship management. Facilitate steering committees and status reviews, maintaining client visibility and accountability. Client & Relationship Leadership: Strengthen client relationships to drive new business opportunities, retention, and satisfaction. Serve as a thought leader on digital trends and shape the strategic direction of the practice by defining new service lines and mentoring team members. Market Insight & Competitive Positioning: Stay informed on market trends and client needs, using insights to differentiate solutions and refine sales strategies. Develop compelling proposals that align with client goals and buying criteria. Operational Leadership: Run and scale a practice/team with strong operational hygiene, ensuring delivery quality and commercial success. Industry Engagement (Advantageous): Contribute to the firm's market presence by running executive governance forums, forging partnerships, crafting thought leadership materials, and speaking at industry events.
