The practice is well-regarded for its client care, steady growth and team culture with almost zero staff turnover. What you’ll be doing: You’ll work closely with the Principal to manage diverse matters and foster the next generation of lawyers. Manage front and back-end Wills & Estates files Advise families, HNW clients and executors Provide guidance to junior lawyers Shape a relaxed yet high-performing culture What you’ll bring: 7 years’ PQE in wills and estates law and/or estate litigation A portable practice of $100k (Does not have to be exact number but at least something to build upon) Ability to mentor and nurture younger lawyers Collaborative and empathetic leadership style Interested in this position?
