Contract till March 2026 with a possible extension Attractive hourly pay rate $46/hour super Work location (Lismore) PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: As a Project Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and quality administrative services for the Lismore Office. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of fields including property and fleet management, staff training and development, administration, WHS, new starter onboarding and staff engagement. Additionally, you will be required to provide Project Managers with administrative project support as part of your core duties. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for delivering efficient and quality administrative services. Provide professional and timely response to enquiries and coordinating works to minimise disruptions to the office operations. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Use multiple software systems, including Office 365. Strong ability to work autonomously and within a team. Experience in business and project administration support.
