This is a great opportunity to join a global brand in the payments space selling a new payment feature to merchants and retailers. The company A blue chip global player in the payments space. They have a relatively new but mature offering for the eCommerce and Payments sector that streamlines the sales process for customers and greatly diminishes abandonment rate at the checkout. The business is looking to drive further uptake of the solution, and wants to to bring aboard a sales team to own and drive the campaign. The roles are 6 month contract positions. The focus will largely be focused on filling the sales pipeline rather than closing deals per se. The role The company feels their offering is best suited to small to mid tier players in the Retail & eCommerce sectors. Hence their target(s) will be C-level individuals in that sphere or roles of similar gravitas - Heads of ECommerce , etc. The business has an excellent and global reputation and plenty of market knowledge and data to leverage as part of the sales process. Initiating contact with potential new customers and managing opportunities through the sales pipeline to a successful close will be a the heart of the role. Cold calling, lead generation, research & networking will be core elements of the role. So what are we looking for?
