We’re on the hunt for a dependable pro to keep our fleet cool and comfortable across Sydney’s buses and commercial vehicles. What You’ll Do: Keep bus A/C systems in top shape with routine servicing and preventative maintenance Diagnose and fix A/C issues — compressors, blowers, condensers, electrical faults, you name it Handle pressure tests, evacuations, and recharging of A/C units, all in line with environmental regulations Swap out faulty parts quickly and efficiently Work closely with operations and workshop teams to minimize vehicle downtime Maintain your tools and workspace to company standards Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures What You Bring to the Team: Trade qualification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Automotive HVAC (or equivalent) Must-have ARCtick licence for refrigerant handling Sharp troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals Basic electrical knowledge is a plus Strong communication skills and a team player mindset Current driver’s licence Ready to cool down Sydney’s buses and keep the city moving smoothly?
