Job Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and service-driven professional to join our Front Office Team as a Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor on a part-time basis . Your responsibilities will include: Delivering service excellence, from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between. Acting as the first point of contact for guests and visitors. Handling a wide variety of front office tasks, from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts. Providing passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both external and internal guests at all times. Answering all telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standards. Reconciling cashier floats at the completion of each shift. Ensuring non-members are informed about the benefits of ALL – Accor Live Limitless and assisting with enrolments. Assisting guests with their requests promptly and professionally. Performing night audit duties , including balancing the day’s transactions, preparing financial and operational reports, and ensuring accuracy of guest accounts. Overseeing the hotel’s operations overnight, ensuring safety, security, and service standards are maintained.
