Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand engagement and boost conversion rates. Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing activities, including content creation, digital strategy, and media coordination, ensuring they meet budget and timeline requirements. Manage and grow social media channels by producing engaging content and expanding online visibility. Monitor market activity and consumer engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Advise on product mix, pricing strategies, promotional methods, and distribution channels to optimise market penetration and consumer loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to craft compelling promotional campaigns tailored to specific audience segments. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging marketing trends and tools to ensure innovative and effective approaches. Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant, full-time experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles Hands-on experience creating marketing materials, content creation, planning campaigns, and delivering results Data-driven with a focus on ROI and performance improvement Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for brand consistency
