Your Duties Design and develop visually appealing, easy-to-navigate, and high-performing websites that align with client needs and brand identity. Ensure each website is optimized for performance and user experience. Ensure compatibility across all major browsers and devices to deliver a consistent and high-quality user experience regardless of the platform. Oversee content integration, functionality enhancements, and security updates. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement updates to keep websites at the cutting edge. Create and maintain style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across all web projects. This includes defining typography, color schemes, and layout standards. Perform user testing to gather feedback and analyze user behavior. Use this data to refine and improve website designs and functionality. Engage in regular design reviews and critiques to provide and receive constructive feedback. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate design quality and user experience. Skills and Qualifications Tertiary Education: A degree in arts, design, or equivalent Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a web designer Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks Strong Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases your skills in web design, demonstrating your ability to create visually stunning and functional websites. Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
