Duties will include: Manage daily store operations and staff performance Drive sales growth by meeting targets, forecasting trends, and optimizing product placement and promotions. Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory and prevent shortages. Track product usage and adjust orders based on sales trends and forecasts. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and minimize waste. Anticipate guest needs and address them proactively to ensure a positive shopping experience. Recruit, train, schedule, and lead staff while managing performance and resolving personnel issues. Set clear staff performance expectations and provide regular feedback. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Maintain high customer satisfaction, manage complaints, and implement engagement or loyalty initiatives. Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and targets. Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. Create appealing store layouts and execute promotional displays. Handle budgets, reporting, and maintain regulatory compliance across operations. Manage POS systems and ensure smooth operation of store technology and digital tools. Assigning staff to shifts.
