With project values ranging between $15 m and $30m , this is an outstanding opportunity to work on some of the most luxurious homes in one of Victoria's most sought-after locations. Position Details Job Title : Project Co-ordinator or Project Manager – High-End Residential Housing. Location : Toorak, VIC Employment Type : Permanent Full Time ($110,00 - $160,000 Inc Super) or 6-Month Contract (Temp to Perm) on TRS Books Hours : 40–55 hours per week Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project schedules and milestones. Interpret drawings and coordinate with consultants and trades. Oversee project budgets and implement cost control strategies. Manage resources and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery. Uphold quality control and regulatory compliance on-site. Communicate clearly with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities. Resolve issues quickly and effectively to reduce risk. About You Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 5 years of experience in high-end residential project management. Strong understanding of custom construction and regulatory frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficient with project management tools and scheduling software. Desirable Knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula region and local suppliers.
