We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment for the Christmas season across our iconic brands – Seed Heritage, Unison, Commonry, kikki.K, allkinds, and Fine-Day . This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity in a vibrant and collaborative environment, ideal for someone with strong administration skills and excellent communication abilities. Please note: This is a full-time fixed term contract of 3 Months. THE ROLE: Creating and posting job advertisements for retail roles across all brands Screening applications, shortlisting, and engaging with prospective candidates Coordinating and assisting with group and one-on-one interviews, both online and face-to-face Participating in recruitment open days to support high-volume hiring Liaising with Retail State Teams to match candidates with the right opportunities Managing interview scheduling and diary coordination for hiring managers Conducting reference checks and preparing candidate documentation Compiling reports and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the recruitment process Maintaining up-to-date records in our recruitment systems and ensuring a high standard of process compliance Providing general administrative support to the broader HR team as needed On-site role, 5 days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment administration or coordination role (preferred) Previous store management experience in the retail sector (essential) Familiarity with online job advertising platforms Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – desirable but not essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset The ability to manage competing priorities, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook WHY JOIN THE BRANDBANK GROUP TEAM?
